We offer two types of assessment aimed at getting to the bottom of lower limb injury; a 'RunStronger' assessment & a 'Lower Limb' assessment.

At Mechanics of Movement we believe in creating long term, sustainable changes to health by promoting resilience, adaptability & strength.
