TEN WAYS TO USE A KETTLEBELL FOR STRENGTH & REHAB

ree

I'm a bit of an exercise minimalist in that I like to use minimal equipment to create an effective exercise or rehab program. There are few better tools than a kettlebell for this purpose, as well as giving one the ability to teach someone how to coordinate their body.

RENEGADE ROW

WALL-ASSISTED HIP HINGE

HIP EXTERNAL ROTATION HIP HINGE

KETTLEBELL WINDMILL

WEIGHTED PENGUIN WALK

TURKISH GET-UP

KETTLEBELL JUMP

BOTTOMS UP PRESS

KETTLEBELL SNATCH

SINGLE LEG RDL
